I've always been interested in fixing and repairing things. My first job at age 14 was repairing bicycles! I've been in the property maintenance business now for 10 years now. I got into this line of work through being a landscape gardener. People would ask me to do other jobs around their house or property. I'd landscape a garden then a client would ask if i could do something else.....This steadily built up over the years to the point that it means most winters i'm indoors fixing things. (I still do large garden projects in the warmer month's of the year.) I found there's a niche demand for my services in sorting out small building jobs, niggly DIY jobs, and regular maintenance projects. I can cover most common jobs around the house and office but know where the line is in calling in more specialist contractors.

I do get tremendous job satisfaction when i fix a problem or leave a property looking better. The areas i work in cam cover are north London, Herts and Bedfordshire.
